Her community engagement work weaves together the same integrative principles that shape her coaching and facilitation: awareness, connection, and courageous action. She partners with organizations, coalitions, and local leaders to strengthen systems of care, equity, and belonging — creating space where people and ideas can come together for meaningful change.
