SoulTogether Huddle
Where conversation becomes community and reflection becomes transformation
Each huddle offers a rhythm of reflection, conversation, and shared practice. We explore the intersections of everyday life, faith, and personal evolution through guided prompts, readings, and honest dialogue. No fixing, no pretending — just a safe, gracious space to listen, learn, and grow.
In a world that often feels fast, loud, and disconnected, huddles create an intentional pause — a sacred circle of belonging.
A place to breathe and belong
A rhythm that restores balance and perspective
A chance to explore soul questions without pressure to have the answers
A space to rediscover joy, hope, and purpose through shared humanity
Each huddle draws from these integrative foundations:
Neuro-Relational Integration (NRI): cultivating awareness and connection within and between.
Identity Work: remembering who you are and living from your truest self.
A Kairos Way of Living: paying attention to the moments that open us to transformation.
These frameworks help participants move gently from reflection into practice — building the muscles of awareness, gratitude, and compassion in daily life.
What to Expect:
Huddles meet twice monthly for 75 minutes via Zoom or in person (depending on group).
Each session includes grounding, guided reflection, and shared conversation.
Groups are intentionally small (6–10 people) to create depth and trust.
Seasonal themes and resources may vary; all are welcome regardless of background or belief system.
New huddles open quarterly.
